Experience You Can Trust
Bryony Sterling is an AHPRA registered Acupuncturist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) with advanced training in Sports Medicine Acupuncture®️ completed in the United States - one of two practitioners qualified in Australia.
Having worked in the health and performance industry since 2010, Bryony has supported a diverse range of clients, from everyday active individuals through to elite athletes and professional sporting organisations and still continues to do so.
Her clinical approach is grounded in current research, ongoing professional development with extensive experience in Remedial Massage. While her passion lies in musculoskeletal and sports related conditions, treatment extends beyond simply addressing the site of pain. Bryony recognises that factors such as movement patterns, training load, stress, sleep, lifestyle, nutrition and overall health all influence how the body functions, adapts and heals.
By taking a holistic view of each individual, treatment is tailored to address not only the presenting complaint but also the underlying factors that may contribute to pain, dysfunction or recurrent injury.
Supporting meaningful, long-term outcomes rather than temporary symptom relief.
